| Cellular staff kidnapped in Bajaur |

| KHAR (APP): Some unknown persons here on Wednesday kidnapped Supervisor of a private cellular company from Tang Khatta area, said Assistant Political Agent Khar, headquarters of Bajaur Agency.
APA Iqbal Khattak told APP that some unknown kidnappers picked up Anwar Khan, supervisor of Mobilink while he was on his way to Khar for repair of mobile tower. He said that Anwar Khan was shifted to undisclosed location by the captors. No organization or group has so far claimed the responsibility.
It is the second incident of its kind as in the earlier episode an engineer of Telenor Company was kidnapped from Mohmand Agency.
Meanwhile, a dead body of 30 years old person was recovered from a canal in Mandal area in Salarzai Tehsil of the agency. According to Political Administration, some unknown persons had thrown dead body in the canal. The political administration buried the dead body in Mandal area as his identity could not be ascertained. |
