LAHORE: Hearing the case against Drones attacks on Pakistani soil, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed of the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Friday has observed that courts could not interfere into the policies of the government.Justice Shiekh Azmat Saeed of the LHC was hearing the case and adjourned it for two weeks.As proceeding started a law officer representing federal government appeared before the court and contended that drones were the part of government policies and the courts could not interfere into the policies of the state.On the other side, a lawyer who was there on behalf of Hafiz Saeed a leader of religious organization ‘Jamatuddawa’ said drones were causing the death of many civilians. He contended that these drones not only violation the international boundaries but also a stab on the face of national integrity and security.The court after hearing the arguments of both sides has observed that courts could not interfere into polices of the government. The Court However adjourned the case for two weeks.
