127 shops gutted in Pindi

Mohammad Amjad RAWALPINDI: At least 127 shops were gutted resulting in millions of rupees loss due to fire in a market here Saturday night.Fire caused due to unknown reasons erupted in Imperial Market of Raja Bazaar. The fire which broke out on the first floor of Imperial Market spread rapidly and engulfed the upper floors and surrounding shops. The fire brigade and Rescue 1122 teams rushed to the site and started rescue operation and prevented the spread of the fire to other floors of the market. comments powered by Disqus
