Dasti quits PPP

LAHORE: Jamshed Dasti resigned from Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and National Assembly membership on Wednesday expressing displeasure over giving undue authority to Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar in his constituency. Talking to media, Dasti said the main reason for leaving the party was the appointment of corrupt officials in his constituency.
