Have we become aliens?

According to a news report in The Frontier Post on July 23, the political administration of SWA has made yet new ridiculous law for the Mehsood tribals to enter the agency to reach their homes. According to the report no Mehsood tribes man can enter SWA without getting them registered despite having NIC; and if someone fails to get registration then it becomes necessary to get travelling permit from the PA's office for Rs.100 which would be valid for three days only.
Due to mercury rise in D.I.Khan and Tank the SWA families, living in the IDP camps there, are travelling to their home towns to escape heat in the month of Ramazan. Now, when the present rulers have totally failed in providing security to its people and to stop drone attacks in the War on Terror (rather War of the Americans) then, making such stupid laws are nothing but to further humiliate the citizens. The rulers should not forget that they are the same tribals who had conquered Azad Kashmir for Pakistan.
