Karachi (PPI): Co-ordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement MQM expressed deep sense of grief on death of several persons in explosion Saturday at firecracker godown in densely populated area of Hussain Agahi Chowk, Multan, which was criminal negligence on part of local administration. It was because of dereliction of duty of administration that innocent people died and got injured in explosion.Co-ordination Committee sympathized with family members of those killed, prayed for speedy recovery of injured, urged Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to take notice of firecracker godown in thickly populated area and action against those elements involved in illegal manufacturing of firecrackers in populated area. Meanwhile, Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has expressed his grief and sorrow on the death of the wife of noted satirist and poet Mr Haider Hasnain Jaleesi. He offered condolences to Mr Jaleesi and other members of the family and prayed Almighty Allah to shower his blessings on the departed soul.
