Both men and women are equipped with different expertises that are having the ability to trigger change. Women in the developed world are playing a key role in development process, by utilizing their skills in a proper way. The industrial revolution in Europe gained momentum due to the collective work of both men and women. The world at present is globalizing at a very rapid speed, many huge economies of the world are known to the importance of work force, and as a result they are taking different measures for getting the best results from their women. Women in the industrial world are associated with different professions, and are contributing in the uplift of their country’s economies. It is worth mentioning here that when most of the countries mobilized their women in the mainstream, then the results were very special.
The exports of these countries mounted up rapidly, and as a result healthy signs were seen all around. Women in this developed world are now associated with different professions, and are serving their nation as that of men. In Pakistan, still our women are facing many problems whenever they are in a position while choosing a profession. Women in our society are not the part of wide range professions, but are limited to only specific professions. At present there exist many hurdles whenever a woman wants to join any new profession. These hurdles never give them a chance to show their talent, expertise, and as a result they never come into the streamline.
At present there are many examples where different women have come across these difficulties manfully, and have proved that they are no less than anyone. These women are navigating in the proper direction, and are achieving different goals with flying colours. In the beginning these women faced many challenges, but with their continuous hard work and affection they achieved their targets.
These women at present are the vibrant part of many institutions like police, army, media, sports, politics, etc. It is the need of the hour to facilitate our women with proper education, so that they can become a responsible citizen of the society, with zeal to developtheir nation. The most reflective change comes from the efforts and enthusiasm of both male and female prevailing in a society, by bringing them in the core streamline.
