7 killed in 3rd drone attack on second day

NORTH WAZIRISTAN (NNI): At least seven people were killed in a US drone attack in Mana area of Shawal Tehsil in North Waziristan early on Sunday morning.
According to official sources, four missiles were fired at two vehicles in Mana Gribz area of Shawal Tehsil near Pak-Afghan border area of Miranshah in North Waziristan, leaving four persons dead.
As a result of missile attack both the vehicles were destroyed killing five persons on the spot while three were left injured.
Drones continued low level flights in the area creating panic and sense of fright among the dwellers.
It should be mentioned that it was second US drone attack on second consecutive day taking the total death toll 17.
The drone attack was also the second after Pakistan restored NATO supplies through land routes.
Despite protest of Pakistan, this was second lethal attack of missiles inside Pakistan within 24 hours.
Pakistan Foreign Office has termed these missile attacks inside Pakistani territory as a sheer violation of international laws.
